Flexible cohort size determined by the CBO's staffing needs, available space, program goals, and participant readiness; no fixed participant minimum or maximum is established in the program model
Psychological Support
One selected participant receives an individual psychologist-supported session each week focused on emotional regulation, stress, grief, triggers, coping strategies, reentry pressures, support planning, and appropriate referrals
Target Settings
Community-based organizations, CMS providers, violence-prevention programs, credible-messenger initiatives, reentry programs, workforce-development programs, and organizations serving outreach workers, violence interrupters, peer advocates, and community leaders
